C:\Program Files\Fenrir & Co\Sleipnir\settings\USERNAME
にある、
FavoriteGroup.ffg Favorite.ffv
です。
これを別の場所（ＰＣなど）に移せばＯＫ
ちなみに、「ファイル」→「お気に入りの切り替え」等でインポートできます。
